I have a standard of class and cleanliness, that is all. I don’t think this place passed. The photos show really uneven nails, glue all over my fingers, etc. and I am not very pleased. The first lady that did my nails didn’t like the color I chose (lol what?) so I chose this one instead. The second lady was nice but took a really long time and they just look sloppy. Both girls were on their phones often, which I did not appreciate. The man doing the nails of the girl next to me was making some kinda weird remarks about her relationships (like asking her preferred race lol). The brushes were covered in globs of glue, the chairs covered in glitter, the counter had nail dust on it. Just a weird experience that I didn’t find relaxing or gratifying at all. I also find it off that they don’t have a website. Probably won’t go back.

Not great!first time here, I asked for short almond shape and it’s kinda that but some are super uneven and way to long. Some of my nails are way to big for my fingers they look weird. Got matte and some are still sticky.. not worth the 60$ I was charged… I came here because I had heard great things but I’m now sad. Acrylic nails

I sat for 2 and a half hours for a full set ombre style nails. The nail tech left my nails so thick and bubbled that I had her redo them 4 times. Finally I had had enough, it was past closing time and they still were not what I expected for the $60 I spent. The powder is so far off the sides of my nails it makes my nails look too wide for my hands. Just very very sloppy work. I told her repeatedly what I wanted and she would say ok and not really listen to what I said and kept doing what she wanted. I will return for either a full refund or have someone else completely redo my nails, I will sit there all day until I am satisfied with the results for which I paid.

I got my lashes, nails and toes done. I spent $170 and my lashes fell off within two days. They aren’t done correctly, they were still sticky for 2-3 days after I got them done and were falling off in clumps. I was then able to just soak them off for like 2 mins and the whole strip fell off. There’s no way I would’ve ever been able to scrub them the way you should be able to. My toes look good but my nails are uneven and the guy rushed and didn’t even look to make sure they all were the correct lengths. I don’t normally do reviews but avoid getting lashes here. I was going to get my eyebrows micro bladed here but I don’t think I’m going to now. John’s girlfriend btw

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe woman I had taking off my nails was rude. It seemed like I was just a bother for her to work with. All I wanted was my acrylic nails taken off, and I ended up sitting for 25 minutes with both of my hands in hot bowls of acetone, which is not safe in the first place. My hands feel awful, there’s pieces of acrylic now stuck to my fingers, my fingernails feel brittle and there is STILL a layer of a layer of acrylic nail on all of my fingertips. I do not understand at all why they use such harmful toxins on my hands to make them feel so dry and irritated only for there to still be acrylic nail on top of my natural nails, and she did not even cut my natural nails evenly. I’ve had good service here before, but the woman named Lily was not very personable and I honestly feel that this was a very lazy job done. I really did like going here because they’d given great service before, but this was unacceptable for me. This salon is pretty new to my area. My first visit was a “ walk in” and I got right in. Moments later several customers came in, so I think an appointment is the way to go. I always have trouble deciding what color I want so I picked a neutral. Kim, the nail tech made a suggestion and I think it worked out really well. I’m going back tomorrow for a pedicure . The shop was very clean and they use sterile tools . I would give them five stars but like I said it was just my first visit.
