The owner is very unprofessional. I called that I was going to be 10 mins late and they reassure me that I was in the time frame, however I only received one area Instead of two ( understandable) because of the time frame. In another occasion, I cancel my appointment via their app A DAY BEFORE because of my menstrual. Today during my appointment the owner tried to charged me for “cancelation” when they stated multiple times they don’t work on clients during their menstrual periods and also said that I lost my previous sesión because I was late, when I called and arrived within the policy time (10 min). She refused to give me my session. she then proceeded to ask if I could prove that I was on my period. ? Really does she want me to take a picture of my bloody part for her record ??? And refused to refund me my full money because I don’t need that type of service . in other words she will deflect everything. Stay away she’s rude, conflictive, and very unprofessional. The worst place I’ve been, she’s horrible. Sofia is great I can’t complain about her work. Oh she tried to treating me for calling the police if I didn’t left, I said perfect call them so we can solve this right now. Obviously she didn’t

I can say that when I started I didn’t really believe that my hair growth was gonna be stopped by a simple laser , but 8 months later I do believe so, my skin feels so soft and I don’t grow those annoying ingrown hairs on my face anymore & I don’t have to shave as much!!!!
