Phinne Nail Salon

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, ValueThe staff is nice but we were very disappointed with our experience. I came in with three other women (we made an appointment beforehand) and they were running late and were not able to see all of us at our allotted time. One member of our group had to wait until the rest of us were 75% done with our pedicures before she was started. This alone would not warrant the low rating but the staff was very distracted while working on our nails and kept switching out who was helping which customer. They have two very cute dogs that hang out in the salon and everyone in our group loves dogs, but when I went to go use the restroom, the entire floor near the toilet was covered in dog pee. I politely let the staff know but they did not offer to clean it up so I was unable to use the restroom. No apology was offered. Finally, when we went to go check out, the bill was outrageous. This was our first time at the salon and we had looked at the prices online beforehand. They ended up charging us $110 per person before tip for a gel mani-pedi! This was far beyond the posted prices online and for the level of service that we received, we were shocked. When we questioned why the price was so high, we were told that the website was very outdated and they had just never bothered to update it. They once again did not offer any real apology or offer any sort of price adjustment. The updated prices are not posted in the salon so you only see the total once the service is complete and you go to check out. There were also several defects in some of the girls nails (ex: messy edges) so that combined with the entire experience of the lack of cleanliness, time management, continuity of service, and the price unfortunately left us never wanting to return. I normally do not leave a bad review for things like running behind schedule but especially after the horrendously over-priced service, and the lack of transparency regarding the prices, I highly suggest going somewhere else.Services: Gel manicures, PedicureThe staff is nice but we were very disappointed with our experience.
