I just contacted the owner to ask her how much for a touch up on my hair due to the fact my braids been slipping out since the second week I got my hair done. She told me 65 and up I tried to explain to her that my braids being slipping out since the second week I got my hair done she got rude and very smart cause she’s not working today. I will never give them my money again. Smh

Rude!!!! Don’t go here. The 1 star reviews are true. I simply asked for a price and texted them a picture I had done to my hair before. I wanted the same exact style. She wouldn’t give me a price. The young lady was so rude and lacked basic comprehension and customer service skills. She raised her voice, was snappy and talked over me. Before I could finish my sentence she hung up in my face mid sentence. RED FLAG!!! These people don’t need a business. They need basic customer service training.

They had me wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment. I was not greeted, no apology for the wait just eyes glaring at me as I slowly made my way to the chair. They talked about me in a different language, as if I would not notice them imitating me in the mirror. They are good at hair, HOWEVER, they have no manners at ALL! Rude, impolite, judgmental and belittling. Finding a professional shop seems almost impossible in Vegas! I was not greeted, no apology for the wait just eyes glaring at me as I slowly made my way to the chair. First off I scheduled an appointment called and said I was running 20 min late and would you believe they took another client for box braids and I ended up waiting hours to get my hair done. Then I went in for princess faux locs and as you can see these aren’t princess locs. Not to mention they didn’t ask what size or length locs that I wanted. Then they rushed through my hair because it was so late. My locs started coming unraveled in a week. Then in two weeks one of my locs came out at the root. I’m a braider myself (retired) and no one’s hair has ever come out at all period. I spent most of the day in a hair bonnet over my locs, so it’s not like I was playing in it or anything. I had planned to take my daughter but after my experience that’s definitely not going to happen. I got my hair done May 21,2022 and I had to take it down after three weeks later and I paid over $200 for this service. So no I don’t recommend them at all!!!
