Absolute nightmare experience! From the moment I walked in the door, nobody bothered greeting me, asking me who I’m there to see, or even acknowledging my presence (even though at least 4 people working there looked at me when I sat down). Promptly followed was a customer getting extremely rude with me about my child, and told me to shut up (complete with hand up toward my face like a middle schooler). Not a single worker at this salon said a thing in my defense. I will NEVER go here again, and I will be passing my opinion along to everybody I know!

Rude lady answered the phone. We shrugged it off and made an appointment anyway. After rushing around town just to get there, there was no greeting upon entering. Our child was made to feel unwelcome. My wife was told to “shut up” within 2 minutes of being in the place, and nobody did a thing about it, other than smile…… They aren’t worth the 1 star I gave, but there wasn’t an option to give less.
