My son has gotten his haircut here many times by two different barbers. I thought we had finally found a barber that we liked closed two home. Sadly, two unprofessional experiences have turned us away from patronizing this business again. We booked our appointments in advance using the online booking tool. On one occasion, our appointment time was just automatically adjusted to a later time without any communication with us to ensure the new time worked for our schedule. Ok, no problem- we adjusted our schedule. Today, was the final straw. My son had his senior portraits scheduled for today. We booked this appointment weeks in advance. One hour before his appointment, my son received a text stating “Sorry I have to cancel this appointment”. There was no offer to fit him in later or with another barber. Just a cancellation. So unprofessional. We are done.

Jalen did an amazing job cutting my hair at the Philly Fades. He was very good at explaining and even showing me the difference between various fade haircuts. He took his time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted, was patient and meticulous. Jalen is not only very professional but also very friendly and cool to talk to. He is very down to earth and knows a lot about the area. Definitely recommend Jalen for your next haircut.
