Critical: ProfessionalismThis salon does NOT take appointments, and they don’t even let you book a future appointment!!! This is NOT a real salon. Don’t waste your time. We had one appointment once, and they won’t let us book now. I am so confused. THe girl on the phone said they don’t take appointments!??? Please don’t waste your time here! I found another salon, and they actually booked me out in the future. Phillips doesn’t even want your business. Unbelievable! SO sad. They want you to drop a DM on an instagram account.
