It used to be the best Salon I’d ever been to, not sure what happened… but it’s not anymore. The best Massage Therapist isn’t giving massages there anymore, not a good decision, she was very talented! Also, the best Stylists don’t work there anymore, Sarah and many others were beyond amazing! I still went back to give it a chance, but after a terrible haircut, I just can’t trust them anymore. My husband tried to make an appointment and he called 3 times only for the guy to hang up on him each time after he started talking. I put 2 Star because they still have great hair products, I Love Aveda.

I was visiting St Louis over NYE to attend the wedding of a family member. My daughter-in-laws wanted to book appts for hair and makeup for the wedding . On the recommendation of our hotel I made 3 appointments at this salon. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was very nice. All of us were very pleased with our hair and makeup. It is always a little scary getting these services done from a salon you are unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend this salon for the services we received. We all had makeup done, 2 of us had updos and one had a blow out. It was a very nice experience!

Okay I just LOVE this salon!!! When I say Devan is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to… I mean it!!!!! She was so accommodating and listened to every problem I had and talked out why I had all the issues I was having. I left never feeling more relaxed and in tune with my body. I recommend her to EVERYONE!!! Madi the esthetician keeps my brows and my skin in check, she is so talented!!!!! And don’t even get me started on all the stylists, the nicest and most talented people work here and I trust every last one of them with my hair. If you haven’t been to Philip Johnson.. GO NOW!! It’s a place that will always feel like home and people who will always feel like family

Terrible company. Booked an appointment for my wife for a massage and received a confirmation. Called the day to ask a question and was told there was no appointment. They said they attempted to reach out to me, but I received no call to the number I left, which I verified was the correct number. They didn’t email me either.
