Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePampering during a pandemic. What a treat! I’ve been seeing Michelle for the past 8+ years. In the beginning she was my partner in treating my newly onset adult acne. Her guidance and expertise helped calm my 20 something year old face; since then we’ve focused on various trouble spots. She’s kept my skin clear, clam and bright. Once the pandemic hit I began to notice new dulness, mask enduced acne, clogged pores and extra oil. Once I walked in for my first visit post lockdown I knew I would be in safe hands yet again. There was plenty of signage reminding people to wear masks and distance, handsantizer throughout the salon, the reception had a clear divider, all people inside the salon and in the back rooms wore masks and kept their distance. During my facial Michelle kept all the same hygenic practices as before but implemented new practices to help keep myself and her safe. The extra measures made my reprieve from the pandemic that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Her expertise came to my resuce yet again and we are back on track working towards clear skin. Pampering during a pandemic. What a treat! I’ve been seeing Michelle for the past 8+ years. In the beginning she was my partner in treating my newly onset adult acne.
