Amazing customer service! About six years ago my sister took us to make custom perfumes at their old location. I recently just found my samples, and realized I never placed my order. I called the new location and they were able to locate my file and immediately sent me the scent that I had made so many years ago. I couldn’t believe they were so kind and send it to me immediately! I received the bottle today and it brings back so Many wonderful memories! Thank you so much for doing what you do!

I had a friend who came in to get an ash blonde Balayage, and her hair came out PURPLE, BLUE and GRAY with only a couple strands even colored. She showed the stylist plenty of pictures of what she wanted done. The stylist she had was Jessica and when she went back in to get either her money back or have her hair fixed the girl at the front desk (Kiara) had an attitude and refused to give her, her money back and the stylist refused to touch her hair. Neither of them tried to help in any way, so now my friend who paid a lot of money has to deal with this mess of hair, and this salon doesn’t even care. DO NOT GO HERE! (the picture is what her hair looked like after her visit)
