It’s the overall experience, clean , professional and the ambiance is amazing . All the stylists are knowledgeable about all the services that are provided and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the salon provides ongoing trainings and classes about the current hair trends and treatments . I have been a patron of this salon for over eight years now, and I always receive quality services . It’s the overall experience, clean , professional and the ambiance is amazing . All the stylists are knowledgeable about all the services that are provided and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the salon provides ongoing trainings and classes about the current hair trends and treatments . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMel is a wonderful stylist! I thought my hair was heat damaged after my first appointment and was so worried. She answered me professionally and even scheduled to meet with me to see what we can do if it was damaged. Come to find out, I simply lacked saturation lol. My curls were totally fine. I went a second time for a silk press and once again I love my hair and the overall welcoming environment at the salon. The gospel music is a plus. Mel is a wonderful stylist! I thought my hair was heat damaged after my first appointment and was so worried. She answered me professionally and even scheduled to meet with me to see what we can do if it was damaged. Come to find out, I simply lacked saturation lol. My curls were totally fine. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I mistakenly inquired about a wig I saw on Phenomenal’s fb page. I accidently hit a button requesting pricing. Tica, the salon’s owner responded immediately, and I told her of my mistake, we both laughed and agreed it was a sign to come in for a free consultation 🙂 Once there I was so impressed by the selection and quality of all her units. Tica was very patient and so knowledgeable, as were both Mel and Melissa, offering their honest opinions as well. I tried on several wigs, she suggested taking videos and pictures allowing me to look them over before I made my final decision, which was an excellent idea. After making my decision she advised me to come back the next day to pick it up so she could wash it and freshen up the curls. She made sure I was comfortable with the one I chose, and that it fit me properly. She also explained how all her wigs are warrantied, whatever goes wrong she will gladly fix. Definitely top notch service from beginning to end. If I had it my way I would’ve walked out with at least 5. I do plan on purchasing many more in the near future. So I mistakenly inquired about a wig I saw on Phenomenal’s fb page. I accidently hit a button requesting pricing. Tica, the salon’s owner responded immediately, and I told her of my mistake, we both laughed and agreed it was a sign to come in for a free consultation 🙂 Once there I was so impressed by the selection and quality of all her units. You never spend your whole day in here. If your appt is at 8:45 they are there already for you. They also believe in taking care of your hair. Your hair style is not just for beauty. I went in over a month ago got a color and cut and has been going back since. I’m in and out within a hour and half. Tika has my hair growing so nice. The atmosphere and ambiance in there is awesome. These ladies are a barrel of laughs everytime I’m there. No matter what you want done to your hair they will hook you up. They have a very lovely and professional assistant as well. The ladies are very uplifting as well. If your not feeling yourself they all have very kind words to say to change your spirits. Keep up the great work ladies. God bless you all.
