So my wife and I come here every week for our massages, usually on Thursdays. For the last few months every time we come the “quiet zone” is so loud management moved in nail people that are always loud, it smells, their clients sit in the hallway with loud kids and talking loud on their cell phones. Since the therapist is so wonderful we just deal with it. This week though we had to come in on a Monday, the lady cleaning was very rude. When I was trying to walk by she ignored my excuse me, never said hello, had garbage bags all over the hallway, and during my massage started the vacuum numerous times. When we come on Thursday’s the lady cleaning always greets us, never has the vacuum running or garbage in the hallway. My therapist apologized a million times and even thought I am not upset with her I told her when my package was up I would have to start going somewhere else, I come to relax and distress and it is just not possible in this environment. How can you Have a sign saying quiet zone and not enforce it. As a business owner myself is this very bad for business.

I received a massage from Sandra Malloy and then prepaid for the next service, once it was time for my next appt, Sandra informed me she was sick with a cold. She advised me it was my opt to get the massage even though she was sick. I declined the massaged and requested a refund, she advised she will issue the refund due to her sickness. Also she never contact me before the service to inform me she was sick and reschedule I found out 4 hours before my service because i called to ask what her room number was. Its now been 30 days and she still hasn’t issued me a refund. And now saying she doesn’t have to issue me a refund for a service she DID NOT DO! Phenix Salon Suites should be aware of the scam she has going on with people that are paying their money for a services. I have been there several times to do other services with other individuals and have never experience any scam like this one.
