I new and the stylist new it wasn’t right because she offered to come in the next day (Father’s Day) to fix it if I didn’t like it once it was dry. I spent 2 hours getting it done, was unhappy but was stupid enough to pay her.

It was not only incredibly unprofessional but violent and horrific. I can’t even believe she would say these things towards a potential customer?! Be careful of going to her, she can get angry and violent at any time.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment with Rico at 9am and as a new customer i was unsure of their policy around covid. I was waiting outside 5 minutes before my appointment, i spoke to someone who works there to ask them if i was in the right place. They assured me i was at the right place and that Rico would come out to get me soon for my appointment. I waited until 9:15 and nothing. No courtesy call no one came out to let me know he is running or anything. So i went down the plaza to TJ scissor hands. As a walk in i was greeted, they let me know they would get me taken care of ASAP. Withing a few minutes some one sat me down got a haircut and halfway through my haircut Rico calls and asks if i was outside still.
