Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to this salon and got a facial from Nadine because I knew I could be taking better care of my skin than I was. After the facial, I was more motivated than ever to start paying attention to my skin. I left the appointment with my skin feeling very hydrated and clean. I feel that I can really trust Nadine with my skin because she has given me skincare advice that have changed my routine for the absolute best. Not to mention that the environment is very clean and she was very cautious regarding the pandemic. I went to this salon and got a facial from Nadine because I knew I could be taking better care of my skin than I was. After the facial, I was more motivated than ever to start paying attention to my skin. I left the appointment with my skin feeling very hydrated and clean. Love working here. The atmosphere is so calming and fancy makes the clients feel like they are getting luxury services. All the workers here are so nice and welcoming and everyone truly wants the best for everyone. Has good amenities and nice rooms with fair prices. Phenix salons has been my first salon suite I rented and I’m pleasantly surprised with how it’s going so far. Would recommend to anyone who wants to rent a room.

Critical: QualityI visited the stylist in suite 116, on Thursday this past week. The service I received was very poor, she rushed through the service, I had to ask her for a towel to wipe the water and product that was running into my eyes, I had some knots in my hair that I ask if she could remove without cutting my hair and she said she could. Needless to say she cut my hair anyway,I now have a huge plug of hair missing from the left side of my head. Her actions were deceptive,I specifically ask her not to cut my hair, if she couldn’t do it she should have said so. The service nor quality of her work was deserving of the price she charged. I visited the stylist in suite 116, on Thursday this past week. The service I received was very poor, she rushed through the service, I had to ask her for a towel to wipe the water and product that was running into my eyes, I had some knots in my hair that I ask if she could remove without cutting my hair and she said she could. Needless to say she cut my hair anyway,I now have a huge plug of hair missing from the left side of my head. Unprofessional Management kicked my stylist out for no reason when she tried putting her 45 day notice in with them and tried using her 8 weeks free that was offered. They “revoked” the 8 weeks and the contract. They Advised her she has 72 hr to leave without any explanation although the contract states that owner has to even give the licensee 45 day notice before termination.. Do not rent here. Unprofessional Management kicked my stylist out for no reason when she tried putting her 45 day notice in with them and tried using her 8 weeks free that was offered. They “revoked” the 8 weeks and the contract.
