Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible customer service. They had a big board at entrance saying walk-ins are available. When I entered, I saw no one at the front desk and no one came over when I called out for some minutes. Later I found a lady who was hairstyling a customer. She was super harsh and said they don’t take walk-ins. She said she cannot help me as I am a new client. So I left. I have never experienced such poor customer service in any other salons. It’s just total waste of time and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I don’t want to even give them even 1 star.Horrible customer service. Horrible customer service. They had a big board at entrance saying walk-ins are available. When I entered, I saw no one at the front desk and no one came over when I called out for some minutes. Later I found a lady who was hairstyling a customer. She was super harsh and said they don’t take walk-ins. She said she cannot help me as I am a new client. So I left. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWARNING !Lily did my girlfriends hair today and I cannot even express how awful she was. From yanking her piercings to just wasting her time she still wanted full price for a horrible job she rushed the whole process and my girlfriend cried her eyes out in her car has to dye her own hair back to fix and she basically ruined her hair I wouldn’t recommend her to someone bald she is the worst stylist in Texas she used to do good work but she definitely is washed up now anyone looking at reviews to this place !DONT USE LILY! WARNING !Lily did my girlfriends hair today and I cannot even express how awful she was. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis review is from June of 2021Was referred here Rene did do a good job on my lashes they didn’t itch or anything my only complaint and why I choose to not go back he’s on he’s phone a lot kept taking long pauses so it was obvious to me though your eyes are closed during the appointment what else would the frequent pauses be for ? I’ve had my lashes done before elsewhere and they didn’t take that many breaks and pauses.
