I have been coming here for years for a weekly standing appointment but on today there was NO Water in the whole building and NO notice was given to the stylists!! This has been the worse day ever…what salon does not have running water??!??? Thank God the relaxer was not put on my head!! Phoenix Salon, y’all got to do better than that!!
