I wish I could give Mary zero stars because it was that disappointing!! I arrived on time and she was 30 minutes behind. A courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. I left to run an errand. She calls me to say that SHE’S ready. I said I’d be there in 10 minutes. She had an unpleasant attitude from the moment I sat down. I explained to her in great detail what I wanted and that’s not what I got. I re-explained how I wanted my bangs. She attempted to fix them but they still weren’t what I wanted!! I was so frustrated because she couldn’t care less. She wasn’t even trying at this point. I told her not to even style it. I just wanted to leave and never go back. She did a lousy job of shampooing my hair. I was supposed to get a deep conditioning treatment which I highly doubt I did. I was generous enough to give her a tip which she didn’t deserve. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR!!

I stopped into this salon for a quick haircut and to my surprise I walked into a salon of about 30 individually rented suites! A young lady helped me around the salon to see if anyone was available to take a walk-in appointment.

I sought the expertise of Darlene Powell for my wedding hair style. She did a beautiful job, as she was careful to be attentive to my requests, and added her own ideas as well. I would highly recommend her for brides and regular haircuts/styles alike.
