I have been going to Kathy Hart, Echo Hair Salon, for years. I have followed her through 3 other locations to this one at Phoenix. I absolutely LOVE how she cuts and styles my hair. I have wavy, thick hair and she always makes it look great. I had her style my hair for my son’s wedding day and it stayed in place for the entire, windy day! I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend Kathy!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueSo I don’t usually leave reviews that are negative. however, When you call this salon you can NOT talk to anyone. My hair stylist cancelled 2 times. 1st time an hour before the appointment and 2nd time No warning just a text from a auto system. And then she BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK so I couldn’t message her to ask any questions. I am shocked. I never used them But I was impressed by the online photos. SO now I have a bad feeling and taste in my mouth and will never use them or refer them!!!! My hair stylist cancelled 2 times. 1st time an hour before the appointment and 2nd time No warning just a text from a auto system.
