I went there for the first time ever today and saw Gail, owner of Soft Aesthetics. I have had many massages with many different people in my 61 years and I can tell you that she was the very best I’ve ever had! She’s so kind and professional, her studio is beautiful and comfortable and I sure hope she insured those hand, because God works thru those hands- I felt like I was in heaven! As a suite renter and a customer myself to other renters in this place this place is always clean and sterilized on a daily basis. Everyone who works here is nice and respectful to other tenants and their clientele. Each suite is its own owner so if there is an issue with that particular person it does not reflect everyone there. The girl (Liz) going viral for being racist to an Asian own restaurant has not worked here in over a year and her values definitely do not reflect the rest of us who work there. I’ve been there 9 years, since the day it opened. My clients love it there and so do I. With lots of stores and restaurants to check out, our suites provide all beauty services.

I have gone to see my independent stylist at this salon suite location for 2 years. The owner is present, helpful, attentive to cleaning, and the stylists and caregivers that rent are all seemingly friendly, aware, and allies. To the folks leaving one star reviews over a tiktok video, that racist was evicted over a year ago. Think before you review. You are harming the wrong people when you do this. While Liz needs to be called out and held accountable for her harm in our community, the other folks who have nothing to do with her, do not deserve to have their businesses dragged down by that. My review speaks to the welcoming atmosphere, delightfully diverse mix of talented professionals, and an owner I physically observe trying to do right in the world. Do not review businesses you have not been to, friends.

I love this hair salon the minute I stepped inside. This place is beautiful, clean, and super professional! Soad is amazing! She’s located at the Blush hair studio in Phenix Salon and has been doing my hair for over 5 years now and I’ve always had the best experience. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValuePhenix in SoDo is an amazing location! We rented a suite there for the last five years. We started with just one suite and eventually our business grew and we rented a second one. The location here is great, easy access from I-4, several restaurants and of course Target in the plaza helps not only with foot traffic but also makes getting things for both yourself and your clients super convenient. We have definitely loved it here. We were able to really make each suite our own and had a lot more freedom to personalize the space then any other suite rental salons we had seen. The owner of this location keeps the location looking pristine and takes great care of the salon and the tenants. When things are broken they are fixed right away, the paint and flooring is always being touched up to make the place look its best and the owner is onsite often making sure everything is is going well. During our five years here we were able to grow our business to the point that last month we actually had to expand into a stand alone location. We were sad to leave our suites that we had been in for so long but are very grateful that this place gave us the opportunity to grow our business and provide us a home for five great years. If you are looking for a place to start your own business I highly recommend this location!
