Critical: Professionalism, ValueI booked through them online and received a message saying my appointment had been approved. They didn’t send me an address so I messaged the girl who is in Suite 102 for the address and to let her know I booked with her she sent the address and said ok. When I arrived for my appointment she snapped her head and looked me up and down and proceeds to tell me she canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm. Mind you there was no where to confirm and I texted her to confirm she could have told me then she had canceled me. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone very very unprofessional. They didn’t send me an address so I messaged the girl who is in Suite 102 for the address and to let her know I booked with her she sent the address and said ok.
