I regularly get my hair done here. However minus one star because one of the times I was in the bathroom I witnessed someone not wash their hands. I’m guessing it was a stylist, but nonetheless that is beyond disgusting. They’re touching people’s heads!!!! My stylist is very clean, but I can’t say I would 100% recommend anyone coming to this salon. I’m always shocked to see people not wash their hands after going to the bathroom, but it’s even worse when they work with food or their job requires touching other individuals (for example a doctor, or in this case hair dressers). Please choose another Phenix location.

I went to 2 different places within the Phenix Salon Suites. I had a facial by Rene at Je’Desire. Rene is the owner & esthetician. I also had my hair cut at Greatest Colors and Design. I would recommend both places. I had a great facial that my dry face/skin really needed. Rene not only gives a soothing and relaxing facial, but she’s also just as nice as can be. My hair cut turned out great, too. Both of the cosmetologists were just so pleasant & went out of their way to discuss things that I can do, as well as products that I can use to make my scalp & hair healthier. Medications have really taken their toll on my hair, along with me trying a variety of new & different face moisturizers to keep my skin healthy looking. I tried both of these salons as a new customer by way of Groupon. I have to say, it’s really nice only having to go to one place for all of my salon needs.
