I Went here for my first ever Brazilian wax (i was very nervous as ive only ever shaved)and my appt was with Aigne. She was very Professional. Made me feel very Comfortable and she even took me in before my appt time. I’m very happy with the Results and will be coming here from now on. I tried to book an appointment here for a wax. I had a groin injury due to the gym so I rescheduled twice due to my injury. According to whoever runs this business her “policy” is that your deposit is transferrable once. That is actually not what her policy says and her policy addresses cancellations not rescheduled appointments and I don’t see this. I would hope as a business, especially for a new customer, there would be better customer service. But clearly there isn’t. It is too bad because no matter how the dispute turns out I know I am a good customer too have…too bad because I try to support small businesses.

This is a very welcoming judge-free establishment. The decor is beautiful and the area is clean. I usually get a Brazilian and underarm wax and she takes her time to make sure all my hair is removed and I leave satisfied. It’s the same for all her clients!
