I found Phases back in February, after moving from Boston, and was always so nervous about trusting someone new with my hair. I have extremely dark hair and was in the process of going blonde for the summer. Phases Hair Salon came up through my Google search with great reviews, so I decided to give them a call. I experienced excellent customer service from the moment I booked my appointment. Every single person at the salon was so welcoming when I walked in the door. Elizabeth took the time to listen, come up with a plan of action, and execute it flawlessly. Not only was I so happy and excited about my hair, but I felt like I found someone that actually cared about my hair goals, and really took the time to listen and talk me through the process. She also was extremely patient and answered every single question I had. Needless to say, I trusted her immediately and felt like I’d known her for years. I highly recommend Elizabeth and this salon! She/they will make you look and feel your best while taking the time to make sure you’re happy and love your look 🙂
