I use to think that Pharmaca in Novato was once the best kept secret – service outstanding . I have enjoyed all the pharmacists that have worked here and have found them to go above and beyond as professionals. I found the Pharmacist’s to be an extension to my overall health care. Unfortunately, they have a new manager who has ruined this for me and I’m sure for many in the community. She is neither personable nor does she reflect the standard I have experienced over the last 10 years at Pharmaca. The manager seems to have a personal agenda that in all honesty does not fit at this site. I’ve been patient thinking she needed time to adjust but after 6 mos – I think I need to find a new pharmacy. Reporting my multiple infractions to Pharmaca Corporate – hopefully they will investigate this management nightmare – my comments only directed to the pharmacy and not the retail.

I went to get my covid vaccine there and there was very friendly staff. They have a lot of beautiful things in there and as far as greeting cards, and a wide variety of herbal supplements and organic lotions and makeups. The gal there was extremely helpful!
