Friendly staff, great products, smells fresh. This is a nice place to buy gifts, supplements and natural beauty and cleaning products. They also have special days where they give out free samples and information. A serene and lovely place to shop.

The manager of the Menlo Park store (woman, late 50s, short grayish-blond hair, reading glasses) is so unbelievably rude, abrasive; and nasty, it’s outright baffling. Her face is perpetually contorted into a scowl; and she responds to the simplest inquiries, including those from her own employees, with a look that says; “What the hell do **you** want?!” I’ve read numerous unfavorable reviews from other customers about her. In fact, some shoppers won’t even enter the store if they see her. Clearly, this woman hates her job; and doesn’t deserve the privilege. Get rid of her!!
