Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a pedicure here and my daughter got straight polish on her hands. My sister in-law was getting her wedding nails done. I noticed they were not really getting rid of all the dead skin so I had to bring up very obvious areas that needed more work. I also noticed polish was missing on the edges of some of my toe nails. When I told them, they fixed it and seemed annoyed. They had me check them again and as I’m looking, they are asking me again if they are ok. Literally not even 2 seconds had passed and they were rushing me. Then I notice that my daughter’s nails were also not done on the sides. I ask them to fix it and again they are annoyed and again rushed to fix them. They didn’t even want to put a clear coat after they “fixed” them and I had to ask a few times for the clear coat. The whole time while I was trying to explain to them what we needed fixed they would cut me off and say “yeah yeah yeah” without even really listening. We have never had this bad of service before or issue getting our nails painted correctly at other shops. My sister in law asked for an ombre style polish/powder and they told her “no” because the owner was busy and she was the only one that could do it. We had an appointment because this was a group appointment for my sister in law’s wedding for this very reason. After asking if she could come back later or tomorrow they finally said the owner would do it. Needless to say, we also won’t be back.These pictures are my daughter’s nails AFTER they were “fixed”. I got a pedicure here and my daughter got straight polish on her hands. My sister in-law was getting her wedding nails done. I noticed they were not really getting rid of all the dead skin so I had to bring up very obvious areas that needed more work. I also noticed polish was missing on the edges of some of my toe nails.
