They have a very nice variety of nail colors, and walk ins are welcome. I did not feel rushed, but I feel there was some definite lack of attention to detail. The nail tech was very rough with my hands. She had to file down my old gel and kept getting my skin with the file. When clipping my cuticles and the skin around the nail, she was taking enough off that it hurt in many places. They up charged for soaking off the old gel, which I have never experienced at other salons when receiving another manicure, even if they were not the ones to apply it.

I have been going here for 2 years now and every time my nails come out exactly how I want, but today was terrible. They are rude to their customers, I told them I want a full set with polish so many times and they started doing white tips on me. When I told them this isn’t what I asked for, they got an attitude with me and ripped the French tips off of me. The man started doing my full set and my nails came out horrible! The way he painted my nails looks like a kid did it, not only that, but the way he filed my nails are so bad and not even at all. This is the last time I will be coming here.

Love this place. It’s not fancy but they get the job done well, for a good price and they have polite service. I’ve gone in about every two weeks to get my shellac redone, and my nails always look great. Cathy is my favorite, but there’re some other good ladies in there that have done my nails.

Poor Quality. Older lady was extremely rude to my disabled mother in a wheelchair. I pointed out the rude behavior and poor work quality, and the older walked off and ignored me. No apologies offered. Not worth $50 for nails that didn’t last two days. Very discriminatory towards the disabled. Go elsewhere!

I am so pleased. This place is under new ownership and it is wonderful. Clean, friendly, hot towels and a $100 treatment for less than $30. (Manicure and Pedicure). Excellent communication skills. I’ve been here on 2 occasions. The first time my mom got a mani and I got a pedi. Walking in, it was very awkward. I was pregnant and I noticed I was constantly being stared at which made me uncomfortable. As for the actual service my moms nail color didnt last very long which was odd to me. It started chipping within the first few days. My pedicure felt almost rushed. No in depth massage like I saw the other ladies getting. At the most I got a few seconds rub on my legs and immediately proceeded to paint my toes. I spent more time in the water than anything. I decided to give it another try. Second time I went in to try to get my eyebrows done and no one acknowledged me. They were chit chatting. They give preference to long time customers. Its understandable to want to take care of your regular customers but at least make other customers feel they are welcome as well. Personally, I won’t be returning.
