My 2 friends and I scheduled to get friendship tattoos. We chose this place due to the great reviews. For 2 of us, this was our first tattoo. We were told to email the guy who was doing our tattoo the design we wanted. I emailed him the design and some questions for recommendations and never received a response. I finally got a hold of him by phone, after several attempts and he confirmed he received the email weeks prior. He was less than helpful with the questions. Day of tattoo comes and we all were very impressed by the facility itself. The facility is nice and clean and staff that greeted us were very nice. Tattoo comes along and the artist spent majority of the time talking about his friend who had a wedding once on New Year’s Eve and how it ruined his holiday and he’s still angry about it. He kept insulting people who have weddings on holiday/holiday weekends because it’s mean to others. One of the girls in our group had her wedding on a holiday weekend because that’s the only time her husband could get off work. We did not offer up that information though. Tattoo was done good. We never felt any concern for the sterile environment he created. He told us to call him for a free touch up on it after it heals if it needed touch ups. Two of us that had color put in ours tried calling him to schedule a touch up. We both tried calling and were told they would leave a message for his scheduler to call us. We never received return calls. We gave up trying to reach him and 1 person went to another place to get it touched up . I really want to like this place and wish we had as good of an experience as others, but it just didn’t happen.

Aimee was fantastic. I brought a 12 yr old for her ear lobes, and I got a cartilage piercing. Aimee, was professional, friendly, and thorough. She answered all questions and was very informative about jewelry selections and healing. She was a perfectionist about placement of piercing. I couldn’t be happier! The shop was very clean, everyone there was friendly. Prices were also very fair. 10/10- I know I’ll be back, wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!
