Positive: Professionalism, QualityI accidentally took someone else’s 9:30 am appointment. I didn’t know you had to make an appointment and I thought they had taken walk-ins. The employees there were very gracious as to let me stay and did my nails anyway. I was talking to another lady ( the one I accidentally had taken her appointment) and told her in small conversation that it was my birthday today. The staff here was very friendly and the atmosphere was professional and soothing. At the end of getting my nails done the nail tech Jenny handed me a happy birthday envelope and when I got to my car I opened it up and it was $10 off my next appointment. I accidentally took someone else’s 9:30 am appointment. I didn’t know you had to make an appointment and I thought they had taken walk-ins. The employees there were very gracious as to let me stay and did my nails anyway. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI got my first set of acrylics done the other day, and I had a great experience. They are very thorough to make sure you like everything on every step of the way, and really take their time. It was a very reason able price as well. $35 for a full set and $15 extra for the gel. The only thing that slightly annoyed me was the up charge on designs, to get a couple shapes painted on my nails it was $15 extra, a little annoying but not enough to take off a star. The price is very equivalent with the quality of the finished product. For those wondering it takes about 2 hours. They are supper friendly and end with a hand massages and hot towels.
