This is the third time I’ve been to this place. This last time I scheduled a couple’s massage and there was only one massage therapist there. He said he didn’t read the whole note that said “couple” and that I was supposed to have booked two time slots. But it was their website that I booked through that said nothing of the sort. The second time, the therapist had calluses all over his hands and it was the scratchiest massage I’ve ever had.

Laurie or Lori or whatever her name is gave my fiance a massage with gloves on! When I asked the front desk why??? The only answer I got was “if she doesn’t know you she will put them on” like what is this ! Don’t do this for a living if you are not comfortable touching bodies, very disrespectful made us feel terrible. I booked with a certain person and when I got to my app they said she was booked with someone else no apologies offered.

Was not worth $150.00. The tech never changed her gloves, using the same gloves during my whole visit. Even keeping the gloves on and touching the computer at the reception desk. The machine for then hydra massage was not working and l was given a different facial. I will not be back.

I have only had one other proffesional massage before, but this place was a mess! I showed up 15 mins early because the last time I had one I had to fill out paperwork. I didn’t fill anything out, sign anything, or even sign in…. From the time we walked in the door I was uncomfortable, one of the massage therapists was walking around complaining about anything and everything.
