I went here today after reading the reviews. I have tried many nail salons in St. Augustine and left disappointed compared to the service I was used to at salons in the Philly area. But will agree with other reviewers, that KIM took her time; was meticulous and very sweet. I had a gel mani and pedi. Getting a Mani anywhere up in the Philly area, they always ended the mani with a hand/arm massage with lotion. Today, after getting a gel mani using UV lights, my hands were so dry. No hand lotion. Regarding the salon, it does not have the customary wall of nail polish to choose from; just a small collection of colors to look at from a nail ring palette. It also did not have music, a TV or offer a drink. Since I was the only customer, a TV would have been a nice distraction for the time I was there. It was also the priciest nail salon that I’ve paid for a mani and pedi in St A. Giving 4 stars to Kim; not the salon experience.

Mrs. Kym goes above and beyond for her clients. You will definitely have an relaxing experience. She takes times time will all her clients and you won’t feel rushed. I’m a early riser and she starts her day for me at 7:30am. I don’t know of any place that will do that for you. She listens to what the client wants and will create beautiful nail art. Very happy to have you in my life!

Ok so I’m really picky about my nails and this place did them really well!! I normally have to ask people to fix little areas and such but I didn’t have to this time. The people were also very kind, and they used all natural products. And the salon was so cute with plants everywhere 🙂
