Beth completely disregarded what I asked for. My daughter had been growing her hair to donate it and came here to get it cut to donate. I asked Beth to put it in a pony tail holder and then cut it off so all the hair would stay together and I could easily mail the hair to the organization that collects it for pediatric cancer patients. She didn’t gather it in a pony tail first and she didn’t cut off how much my daughter wanted instead cut off many inches less (her hair was really long) and she let it ALL fall to the floor. My aunt had to get on the floor in the middle of a pandemic and try to pick the hair up from the ground to collect it so my daughter could still attempt to donate it. I told Beth that my daughter had been growing her hair and really looking forward to donating it and she didn’t do what I asked and she didn’t even offer an apology. I was in disbelief and couldnt get out of there fast enough. My daughter is still crying from this awful hair cut and experience.

Beth, who cut my nephew’s hair, was able to squeeze him in, her busy schedule. My nephew showed her a picture of the type of hair style he wanted and it was cut to perfection. Also, Beth was kind and thoughtful. The 1 thing that was not up to par was the parking. Gas pumps sit right in front of the place and the pumps were busy. Nothing you can do about that, but park down alittle ways. Other than that, great place and the staff were nice.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have natural hair and when I called I specifically asked if the specialize in natural hair, this lady said yes. Although my hair is natural and I do have shrinkage my curls are not tight at all. First of all when I went my stylist was B a older woman. She washed my hair with family dollar products. Proceeds to tell me her grandkids are mixed blah blah blah. So I sit in the chair I should’ve just walked out. Didn’t part my hair into sections to comb through. Instead she used a fine tooth comb and parted across my head. My hair was dry and every time she blow dryed she use hair foam to wet my hair instead of water. Didn’t use heat protection, so I said I want curls as well her response was I have a customer at 5 and it’s going to take too long. My hair looked horrible. My roots wasn’t even touched with the flat iron. It was a very bad experience and I would never walk foot in there. I wouldn’t even recommend their services.
