I’ve been getting my hair done by Paulina for years. I followed her wherever she went (she’s that good) and now she’s got the cutest salon of her own in Chula Vista! My hair definitely needed some treatment and Paulina was there to guide me on the process and answered any concerns I had. She was very thorough and uses high quality, non damaging items and products. She made me feel very comfortable and her place is beautiful. It was my first time ever doing fantasy colors. I’ve been following @Hairbypau on instagram for a while due to her wonderful hair transformations, color correction, and colors in hair. Due to her beautiful inspirations on her page, I was convinced to get my hair done with her. Inquiring with her was super easy and she responded right away and even got me booked. I didn’t even know what I wanted and not very versed with hair stuff so she helped me tremendously by guiding me through the whole process. She was so knowledgeable about hair and explained all that we can do. I just told her that I wanted mermaid hair. She recommended seamless balayage looking colors that matched my darker roots and proceeded to explain the duration of the color stay, length of time for the process, prices, while giving me multiple options (sticking to what I wanted). I trusted her completely with my hair and she did better than what I expected. She was such a light to be around, wonderful personality that is very inviting and makes you feel so comfortable in her chair. I highly recommend her for your future hair transformations!

I’ve taken my wife to this hair salon quite a few times and I only have great things to say. My wife has been going with her for several years and when on rare occasions something wasn’t quite checking for my wife, Paulina (owner) is quick to offer a follow-up appointment and address anything. The place is small but clean and had a very private upscale feeling to it. Prices are reasonable and you definitely get your money’s worth with quality products and styling. I’d recommend her services to friends and families. 😉
