Perhaps the most horrific nail/customer service experience I have ever had. All of the photos attached were taken LESS THAN A WEEK after I got nail extensions with dip powder. The day of the appointment everything was fine– the nails felt a bit flimsy but that was the only problem I noticed. But the very next morning a nail completely cracked off while I was just folding laundry, an over the course of the week other nails snapped off completely, developed cracks, became loose at the nail bed, or completely tore off taking pieces of my healthy, living nail with them, leaving my fingers throbbing for literal days. I called several times to request a refund and was met with “we’ll give you a call back soon”. I never received any calls back, so I went into the salon myself to show them my nails and request a refund in person, and they proceeded to 1) refuse to give me a refund, 2) BLAME me and my nail shape for the problems (even though I frequently get acrylic nails and never have had this problem before), 3) and blatantly turn their back on me rather than deal with my concerns in a professional way. Do not go here if you are looking for quality nail extensions or if you want to be treated with any semblance of respect.

Wonderful, clean, and welcoming nail salon that is so much more! I have been getting my nails done in the Pioneer Valley for 15+ years, and nowhere else that I have gone, have my nails ever been as healthy as they have been the past 3+years of coming to Peter’s. They are a family owned and opperated local small business which makes going there even better because they know all of their clients by name as most have been going for 20 years or more! If you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to get pampered, Peter’s is absolutely the best place in the valley to go! Oh and the pedicures are top of the line! My legs and feet always feel amazing after having even a basic pedicure.

All the staff is very kind and friendly and I love how they prioritize cleanliness! From continuing to have staff and customers wear masks while in close contact and enforcing frequent hand washing/sanitizing I am thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is beautiful and I am in love with the way my nails came out. I have officially found my go-to nail salon and will be recommending them to everyone!

This is such a welcoming environment and great customer service. But the quality is not it, I got my nails done at 2:37pm and by 9 one of my dip nails broke off. I paid 80 and the nails didn’t last. I also got my toes done and it already chipped. I’m so sad. Dip powder, Pedicure

I got nail tips with dip powder and they came out beautiful! Joceline was very precise.. the base of the dip nail is perfectly shaped to my cuticle, and all the sides of my nails are smooth. 10/10

Everyone is very kind, and professional.This looks like a very calm / healthy work environment. In the past at other places I have always sensed tension and awkward situations where it looks that workers don’t get along with each other, or just hate doing nails, and I just hated the experience. When I came here, I was actually able to relax here while getting my pedi done and was very happy with my nails, great prices too! I definitely will be returning, you ladies are awesome, and friendly to customers and each other!

Great atmosphere. Customer service was nice. Chong did my nails. They came out pretty good, but I’m sure he probably rushed to do my naild being I was his last appointment for the day. Next time I will schedule an early appointment. Hopefully I’ll get a better outcome and my nails won’t hurt or have acrylic all over my nails/fingers.

Best nail salon in Hampshire County! Peter’s Nails has exceptional service, and everyone does a fantastic job. I have been getting my nails done for a long time, and when I moved out here, tried out many salons until I found Peter’s Nails and never went back! I showed my nail technician a picture from Pinterest and he made it happen for me, always so happy with my nails and so relaxed when I leave, wanting to go back for more!

I got to my appointment 15 minutes early when they finally took me 40 minutes later the nail tech had the audacity to tell me she couldn’t do a full set because she didn’t have time.
