Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismHorrible service & poor quality, even for a gel manicure. I’m new in the area and was hoping to find a good nail place near me. Peter’s Nails is definitely not a good place. I will never come back. I had a gel & nail pedicure. My gel manicure didn’t last, one day. My thumb gel polish came off. The lady did a horrible job, all my nails got caught on my hair because the polish was so close to the the cuticles. I went back the next day and they were so rude and not helpful at all. Horrible service & poor quality, even for a gel manicure. I’m new in the area and was hoping to find a good nail place near me. Peter’s Nails is definitely not a good place. I will never come back. I had a gel & nail pedicure. My gel manicure didn’t last, one day. My thumb gel polish came off. The lady did a horrible job, all my nails got caught on my hair because the polish was so close to the the cuticles. I went back the next day and they were so rude and not helpful at all. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a horrible experience here. I went in for a full set, as soon as I walked in this lady took me in with a horrible attitude she looked at me up and down and seemed annoyed. I didn’t want her doing my nails but everyone else was busy, I told her I wanted short almond nails but she insisted I get long coffin. I said no, I can’t do long I’m not comfortable with them, she ignored me and just started doing her own thing. She started filling my nails so aggressively and shaped my nails so carelessly they were crooked and not the same length at all. I was so upset but I let her know nicely if she could just stop doing them I was going to wait for another girl because i could tell she didn’t know how to do the shape i wanted. I was still willing to pay for what she had done but she was so mad she took off her mask and started speaking in her language with the other girls almost screaming & just started cutting the nails off so close to my actual nail almost making me bleed & damaged my real nails I’m NEVER going back.Services: Nail art, Acrylic nailsI had a horrible experience here. I had a horrible experience here. I went in for a full set, as soon as I walked in this lady took me in with a horrible attitude she looked at me up and down and seemed annoyed. I didn’t want her doing my nails but everyone else was busy, I told her I wanted short almond nails but she insisted I get long coffin. My nails were lifting and popping off like press ons after 1 WEEK AND A DAY of getting them done so I went back and the lady had the nerve to charge me. She said $10. I just wanted my nails right I didn’t pay $50 to have missing nails. I give her my card look at the receipt it says $12 to fix 2 nails because she didn’t know I had gel. My nails were lifting and popping off like press ons after 1 WEEK AND A DAY of getting them done so I went back and the lady had the nerve to charge me. She said $10.
