Critical: Professionalism, QualityNever have I ever been treated this way. The lady doing my feet was so into what was going on around her she couldn’t even focus on my feet. When buffering my toe nails she was scratching my skin! She painted like a quack (view photos) & she picked up my arm rest by shoving my arm off of it. Finally another lady came and did my nails here I am thinking thank god, nope wrong again. I seriously can’t believe they let me walk out like this when I paid for a “better” pedicure, I always get the powder dip, and this time I opted for a manicure as well. Never have I ever been treated this way. The lady doing my feet was so into what was going on around her she couldn’t even focus on my feet. When buffering my toe nails she was scratching my skin! She painted like a quack (view photos) & she picked up my arm rest by shoving my arm off of it. Finally another lady came and did my nails here I am thinking thank god, nope wrong again. Peter’s is the best Salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve tried several around Lafayette. There are always several techs which equates to getting the clients attended to fairly quickly each time. Grateful to have found this Nail Salon.

Disappointing. Everyone was friendly, but person doing the pedicure had to be asked to remove the extra dead skin- then she only did one area. The polish job was sloppy- will need to repolish before wearing open toe shoes. Sadly, will not return. Pedicure

Not a good experience today. My daughter and I were to have pedicures together for her upcoming wedding. Instead she had hers and I sat in a chair for 45 minutes to an hour waiting for mine. The water went cold. My daughter went to get her nails started before the even touched my feet. She was done with both her nails and feet before I was done with a pedicure. When I said something I got “we are very busy and short 6 people and there were people before me” I explained that we arrived together and that we were to have them at the same time since she was getting married on Friday. Didn’t want to hear the excuses. They shouldn’t put people in a chair if they aren’t prepared to start them right away. No offer of any compensation at all. They ruined what was supposed to be a lovely mother/daughter outing before she gets married.
