Got to the appointment, said they could not color and had to come back. Very unhappy. Called to reschedule the appointment. Owner said Tuesday to confirm. I called to confirm. No answer, no appointment. There are many other salons in Simsbury, Granby, and Avon/Canton better established in the industry. (time management, all it takes).
