I use to love this place. They do a great job on my nails and toes. I have always been nice to them and I don’t complain , but for the past several months everytime I come in they no longer make me feel welcome. Yesterday I asked if I could go from square nails to almond which they did, but you could tell it was an inconvenience . He filed my thumb so hard he cut me and didn’t even apologize . This makes me sad , but I am no longer coming here.

If i could give 0 starts I would.. HORRIBLE SERVICE & RUDE!! I scheduled a manicure and a pedicure here, I was 7 minutes late and was told I had to wait 20 minutes, I said fine because I was a little late. Well it turned into 30.. So then it’s my turn to get my nails done and I show them a picture of what I want and the guy says “no, I can’t do it” as he is talking to his coworker in another language. Then my manicure is done and he says “we don’t have time to do your pedicure because you were late” mind you I had waited 30 minutes to get my manicure started. So I’m sitting here literally crying as they hurry up and try to paint my nails because they don’t have time to do a normal pedicure.. which is what I made the appointment for!! I feel like 7 minutes shouldn’t have made that much of a difference… just don’t come here they are clearly unorganized. Never have I had such a terrible experience at a nail salon..

A quick Refresher. Been coming here a couple years now. Always friendly, very clean and plenty of services to choose from. I had a Nail Salon for almost 20 years (80’s & 90’s) so I’m very detail-oriented and picky. Tyler kindly accommodates me and always does a great job on my nails. I’ve recently been a little spoiled by treating myself to the gel nails. I highly recommend Petal Fresh.
