This place for boarding is horrible. I checked my dog over and took pictures of her before sending her there and then when I picked her up, she had an open, infected wound on her hind leg, and a small hole on her front paw. No one from the office tried calling to tell me that this had happened or given any kind of warning before picking her up. The girl tried telling me that she came in that way!

I thought this place was great until they allowed my fur baby to be viciously attacked by another dog. Then had the nerve to lie to me and tell me that she was bitten on her throat THRU THE CAGE she was in. Now U look at these pics and tell me how she can be attacked thru a cage in this manner?! Im totally livid because my dog is the sweetest and would never attack another dog and then to be lied to my face on top of it?? Im never bringing my dog here again, and I suggest you dont either.

I have taken my dog there a few times. The last time I was here they said they didn’t have enough people there today they tell me to make an appointment. They have an attitude every time I go there. If they don’t want my money it’s ok I always tip at least 20% and I always by treats for my dog. If the ladies didn’t have 5” nails they could probably do their job

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have never had such a bad experience in my life. I have a special needs baby that needs sedation grooming. I went on recommendation to this facility the first time. The Vet himself was great. However, the other employees are rude, unprofessional and have no idea what’s going on. The first time I was there the receptionist ignored me as I was waiting to drop off my baby. People came in behind me and I was literally “talked around” and ignored. Then I was told I was in the wrong building. When I went to the other building I was told that was the wrong building. Finally got that straightened out. I scheduled a second appointment to give them one more opportunity only to find out when I had a question about what was to be given or not given to my baby before his visit no one had an answer and said there were no notes in the file. Really?! I have a special needs baby and no one has answers about his care? Horrible experience. Canceled on the spot and told them I will not be back. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I have a special needs baby that needs sedation grooming. I went on recommendation to this facility the first time. The Vet himself was great. GO AWAY
My dog comes here for all of her grooming which happens to be a lot lol I cannot give the staff enough praises! She comes home in such a good mood, smells incredible, and her haircuts are SO CUTE. This is the only place I can honestly say I like the grooming quality of!

I wouldn’t recommend grooming at this place. Bad experience. I took my dog to get shaved and left with 4 inches of hair so they said they could groom her again at no additional charge but couldn’t fit her in til a week later. So i took her back and they shaved all but her head after i told them specifically what to do multiple times. Her cut was very uneven all over, definitely didn’t look like professional work. The ladies were all very nice and could tell they loved animals, so no offense to them just maybe need some more experience! Luckily the ladies at PetSense fixed her right up immediately!

I left my last vet because they put their own profits over the health of my dog. I found that this place is no different. I wanted a prescription for my dog’s flea pills and this place was willing to sell me a 6 month supply with no problem. When I said I just want the prescription to fill at another pharmacy, they would only do that if I got a $50.00 heart worm test first. This is why I left my old vet and that’s why i’m leaving this one too. My dog had a heart worm test done at this vet 5 months ago and she was on heartworm medication that they prescribed and dispensed. I had my dog spayed here and checkup vaccinations and I planned on boarding her here but now I’m taking all of my business to a vet that cares.
