Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBad experience at this place … I ask them for an easy white design with diamonds… and I got a bad job. My nails looked like it was done by my 3 years old , I ask them to fix them again and to do it just plain black. By the time they were done I was there for 2 hrs and a half . And I’m not lying more thn 2 hrs. 24 hrs later and the nail polish started peeing I went back for them to fix it, re do them and I got told I will have to pay for it. Bad experience at this place … I ask them for an easy white design with diamonds… and I got a bad job. My nails looked like it was done by my 3 years old , I ask them to fix them again and to do it just plain black. By the time they were done I was there for 2 hrs and a half . The worst nail salon I have ever been to, I did my nails on a Sunday and by Monday evening I was missing 2 nails and the gel polish came off my pinky toe I went back to fix it and they tried to charge me to fix work that THEY messed up on. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. They were very rude and unprofessional all the comments about it being a hang out for the nail techs is right because that was my experience as well. Place doesn’t look very fancy from the outside but none of that matters when your nails come out amazing!!! I am so happy with Cocos work. It was quiet when I went early in the week. It’s like a hangout spot for the nail techs. You’re there to get your nails done and the friends of the techs come by to distract them with stupid conversations and sitting in their chairs eating food. Try to maintain a professional workplace. If these people are working let them work and stop allowing friends to come in and take up chairs to sit and hang out. No respect for the workplace, pure disregard for customers, no work ethic, unfriendly staff, unprofessional. You lost customers because of this.

Excellent place, I must say they gave gotten much better over the years. I exclusively go to this nail salon. I have been going here since I was in high school. The people are friendly and it is a clean environment. When they do pedicures they clean and sanitize everything right there in front of you. They offer every type of manicure including glow in the dark manicures. They also do waxing and eyelash extensions. It’s best to go in the evening as it is super crowded during the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced manicure or pedicure.

I had 1 bad experience last month somebody else was filing my nails off and she cut me in 3 different spots on my hand she needed more experience I had to tell her stop right now I had to have the owner do them because Amy was busy never again I stick with Amy

I give themm a three because I ask them for a price before I get my nails done. They tell me $15 for a manicure and then they charge me $25. I get a manicure once every three months. They do a good job but for a manicure, $25 its to expensive. Looking for another place!!!

From now on, I go here. They have great customer service, and the first time I went to them I waited 3 weeks to see how my nails would hold up and NONE of them broke. They were still in good condition, I just needed a fill in. The salon is clean and they have decent prices. I recommend this salon to anyone. You’ll be taken care of.
