Listen!!! I intentionally don’t get my hair done often because it’s so hard to find a good and consistent loc person. Sometimes there good but they are late to the apt. Or they rush. Or they use horrible products on my hair. BUT when I came here, I was so relieved to know I found what I have been looking for! Expert knowledge on taking care of my hair, great work, great energy in the shop, super informative about what I can do in between my appointments to keep my hair healthy. Everything is on point. After the first visit, I referred 3 people to her. All 3 went, and all 3 were really satisfied. I have my appointments booked out for the rest of the year because they are not only re-twisting and styling my hair, but they are making Sure it’s actually healthy, strong, and of ecourse look great! Go ahead and book an apt and you can thank me later. Ps…. Not only did I refer 3 other people but of course my own daughter started using her too. And she’s picky. Lol. But she’s been using them ever since as well.

Kisha is the BEST loctitian on the south side. Yes, I said it! She maintains my locs very well but now she has done starter locs for my youngest son. My nephew went somewhere else to get his starter locs but I recommended he come to her and get retwists. She does amazing work and you can just tell she is passionate about her work. She has her own shop now which is not too far from where she was before. It’s easy to find in a not so busy plaza. If you want someone that actually CARES, go to Persuasion and ask for Kisha.
