I’ve been to this sauna at least 30x in the past few months, and I can say, without a doubt, that this is consistently the best sauna experience. The sauna works very well, it’s great to be able to watch whatever I want while I get my deep detox in, but, honestly, the staff is what makes this place, this location, the best. Sam, Carson, Grayson, Alec, and Rai work really hard to keep this place running smoothly, and are all very kind and personable. But let me tell you about Ashley. Not only does she also work hard to keep this place running smoothly, but this wonderful lady took the initiative to lift my spirits when she found out I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She has been an endless source of empathy and encouragement for me to keep going(see what she gave me in the pic), and, as I tear up writing this, I have to say that this is what will keep me coming back to this location. It’s not just the sauna; it’s the incredible staff, the people, that make this place a 5-star establishment.

I like a hotter sauna and normally infrared doesn’t get that hot compared to a traditional sauna. but there must be some new technology out there because my room got up to 170 degrees which is plenty hot for most sauna goers. Older mixed lady was incredibly rude. I had a few minutes left in my session but had to jump out to take a business phone call. She was banging on the door profusely despite me being done with the sauna. I decided to come out to dispel confusion. She then harassed me while on my business call demanding me to hang up ruining a 7 figure deal. This was disgusting behavior and the entitlement and audacity without a single apology was sickening. Rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I will never come back

I absolutely LOVE Ashley and Rachel at the Virginia Highlands location. They are AWESOME! They alway make certain I’m comfortable and have everything I need for a relaxing visit. They pay close attention to details like making certain the facility and my room are always extremely clean and has a soothing fragrance. They are genuinely happy to see me come in; which is so welcoming. And they notice when I don’t. In a nutshell, the excellent customer service I get from the two of them is the reason I keep coming back and maintain my membership! Ashley and Rachel represent Perspire Virginia Highlands very well!

An amazing and addictive experience. Clean, relaxing, private and simple. The staff is fantastic. I stopped in for an introductory session just to try it out … I had to sign-up. From day 1, Venita was an ambassador for Perspire, she was welcoming, informative, sincere and patient with every question asked. She provided a tour and explained all the controls of the sauna and the TV (with options to match any mood). Since, she has been a welcoming & friendly smile every morning; her positive energy is infectious. It’s obvious after meeting Jeramy (also amazing and welcoming) that he sets the tone for the team. The rooms are clean, spacious, and private. They work hard to get to know their members and ensure their preferences are not overlooked. The team is incredibly accommodating. The app makes scheduling and cancelling when necessary simple. The location in the middle of Vi-Hi is fantastic; parking has never been a challenge. If you haven’t tried the infrared sauna experience, it’s a must do. The 40-minute session and cold eucalyptus towel afterwards will take away any stress of the day. The benefits well outweigh the expense. Give it a try; you’ll be happy you did.
