Very welcoming and clean facility, I love the membership rooms with the en-suite shower but used the standard room for the first time and they were large with extra towels and cooling cloth at the end. I love the light and bright studio, very welcoming. The sauna was great and I liked the ability to change the temperature and the color of the light. Jessee was very helpful.

If you haven’t been here, you need to go right now! I have so many wonderful things to say about Perspire Sauna Studio. It is clean, beautiful, and relaxing! The rooms are modern and inviting. The sauna has an easy to use panel to adjust the session time/temperature as well as a color therapy light that changes with just a tap of your finger. They offer plenty of towels & even provide you with a cool eucalyptus towel to be used at the conclusion of your session. Each room has a tv that can be set to watch relaxing videos and listen to music. The member only rooms are very spacious & have a shower. The staff is always kind and friendly and everything is very well kept. Upscale and affordable- this place is above the rest. A membership to Perspire is an absolute must!

Everything!! It is therapeutic. The environment is peaceful and clean. Staff is friendly. The entire comfort of the sauna setup. If I could own my own location I would! I already recommended people and my friend is going to try out the Winterpark location. I have only done two sessions and I always cannot wait to do it again. I was able to actually identify with my fitbit that it lengthened my deep sleep the night I have gone. It makes you feel alive and cleansed.
