Perspire uses Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna and color light technology to increase your core temperature, enhance your metabolism, burn 200-400 calories, detox on a cellular level, lower blood pressure, decrease stress and anxiety, relieve muscle and joint pain, and boost your immune system. Each session is 40-minutes in a private room and sauna with towel service and premium entertainment options (Netflix, Pandora, Youtube).

I had a vacation scheduled and asked them to turn off autopay since I would be gone. My wife and I both had one session left, when we got back, my wife had the ability to book her final session but I couldn’t. I called to get it scheduled and rather than letting me schedule it they removed the ability for my wife to book her final session. Such poor customer service, I will find an alternative rather than turn back on autopay and go here.

I loved the sauna at 24 Hour Fitness in Huntington Beach, but it is run down and not clean. In addition, I did not like to share with people talking to each other or on the phone . I was thrilled when Perspire opened at LA Fitness. It is 5 minutes from our home with private rooms, clean and spacious. The heat is therapeutic for my arthritis, and the Pandora meditation music is relaxing and makes me feel great. The staff is the best and always makes you feel welcome. I am hooked!!!

UPDATED – I sadly have to change my review of this business. Their customer service is terrible. My husband and I both tried numerous times to reach someone in management. We finally did only to be told we needed to speak to a higher-level supervisor about our issue. The lower-level supervisor said, they would have the other supervisor call us. No call. After weeks of no returned call, I attempted to reach the supervisor myself at one of the other locations and was unsuccessful numerous times. I sent a contact us form through their own customer website and it also went unanswered. They did send us a would you recommend us to friends questionnaire which I filled out – a big NO. Find another sauna to go to.

This place is the bomb! Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Both Stephanie and Samantha were kind and super helpful in showing us how everything worked with the sauna and tv. You feel incredible once the session has ended and it never feels like the sauna is unbearably hot. The options for programming are vast and the freezing scented towel at the end is a lovely surprise. My wife and I love this place!

Another great Perspire location, and this one is even more convenient for me! Location wise this place is perfect, right in the heart of Huntington and next to a bunch of shops,and right near everything I need right after work! Super clean and organized, just like Costa Mesa- The staff is great, very courteous and patient! I started going to perspire on a whim but have definitely noticed the benefits after a couple of visits! My skin feels and looks great, and it makes my work outs feel complete!

When I first started going to this sauna everything went well for the first couple of months. Since re-signing my unlimited membership it’s seems like my experience is very inconsistent and the equipment/Heat is very inconsistent. Customer service is usually very good Franny does a great job but today I interacted with Samantha and it was very unpleasant to say the least and her solution to my problem was to “terminate my membership” that I’ve already paid for. It’s unfortunate that she lacks the customer service skills for your business to handle my concerns.

All too often I find myself in Huntington Beach (not that I am complaining). I frequent the LA Fitness at Seacliff and am happy to have stumbled across Perspire. I must admit that I was skeptical of the health benefits at first, but it truly is a great way to detox after a long weekend. I have also found that I fall asleep easier at night, so I think it has helped relieve a little stress as well. The establishment is clean and the woman at the front desk is always smiling and seems genuinely happy to see me! I can’t wait to come back and sweat out the bad again!
