I love this place! The saunas are FAR infrared which is so good for you for so many reasons. They are already hot when you get into them and they have clear doors, so you don’t feel claustrophobic. I love the Bluetooth speakers and Tv’s, showers, and towels, especially the complimentary infused aromatherapy cold cloth for when you get done with your sauna session. I also really like the customer service and the team there. Kelsey and Shay have been so good to me and my husband; we’re always welcomed with smiles and a clean environment. If you’re looking for privacy in your sauna session and everything else I mentioned above, then head that direction and get a membership.

From the moment I walked in I felt such great energy. This is the way saunas should be done! An incredibly welcoming environment that’s not only clean but relaxing. Each suite is well kept! Perspire offers sauna rooms equipped with a smart tv, multiple towels including a cold aromatherapy infused one, and full body mirror. It was nice to be able to adjust temperature and light preference within the sauna. I enjoyed listening to relaxing meditation music over the Bluetooth speakers during my session. Staff was super friendly too! No complaints. Excited to be a member here- much gratitude!

This place is lovely! They have great private sauna rooms. Tvs have access to Netflix and Hulu , with sound that is in the sauna so you can actually hear it! You get 40 min sessions, and when you’re done there is a cold eucalyptus towel you can use. The app makes it very easy to book, although the spots fill up fast so book early!
