This place is ridiculous. I’m beyond frustrated. I went in they were booked up, the girl at the front desk said, I can get you in next Saturday, I made the appointment and was given a confirmation card of the time and date for the next week. I made arrangements for my daughter to be taken care of to only find out that the girl booked me several weeks out. This is very unprofessional and frustrating especially when you make arrangements. I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone.

Nicolette did more than just cut my hair. She made me feel like she genuinely cared. She took her time to make my hair perfect. I am super picky with my hair, especially my bangs, because everyone always messes it up. I loved everything about my haircut and will definitely be going here from now on.

My first time in this salon and was quite nervous. I had Kailee,and I showed her a hair style and she did exactly like the style I wanted. I had a touch up in my hair and she also suggested to have a gloss around my hair as well so the color will look even and shiny. I admire her way of styling and how she cut my hair. For sure I will return back to Personalities Salon and will highly recommend to a friend.

So I came in with a horrible yellow and brown ombré done by a friend. It damaged my virgin hair pretty badly but Kialee was able to make it look like actual hair again and did a fabulous brunette balayage. It was my first time there and I was lucky enough to get in same day and I was kinda nervous but the atmosphere was incredibly chill and friendly. The salon itself is really cute and chic and kept nice and clean. I will 100% go back for any more hair needs.
