I went for consult and was told it would be $200 to remove the redness. I was charged $300. She said she did another procedure. A large red mark appeared where there hadn’t been one. Had to pay extra for light treatments to get rid of it. Now I have brown spots going down the right side of my face. I’m never going there again.

Update. It’s been 2 years since I started coming to Marlene. My skin has never looked better. Having had a procedure done 8 years ago that left me with terrible scarring on my face, Marlene has reversed that damage with her amazing facials and products. My husband gave me a gift card and I was excited to get a facial, manicure, and pedicure. As soon as I walked in I was not impressed. It was cramped, out of date, and smelled funny. As I was getting my manicure I was told my facial could not happen because the lady was feeling really ill. I totally understood but they did not even offer to reschedule it or even maybe a discount for the inconvenience. I thought it was also very overpriced. I was never asked which manicure or pedicure I wanted and for the services performed, it was not worth close to $82. I am used to Kenneth’s and Penzones who offer much better services at a better rate.

I was just there for an hour massage for an issue I had with my right shoulder. They were 20 minutes late starting my massage and shorted me 20 minutes. They did not even massage the shoulder and arm that I was having issues with. Definitely very dissatisfied and will not be back.
