The salon is very clean and they use appropriate social distancing and masking measures. She provides a color consultation and gives accurate pricing prior to services. I usually get a highlight and partial color and it turns out vibrant and shiny every time! My hair is so soft and I always get compliments on the color. I’ve been going to Schalan for over a year and she is very sweet and professional! The salon is very clean and they use appropriate social distancing and masking measures. She provides a color consultation and gives accurate pricing prior to services. I usually get a highlight and partial color and it turns out vibrant and shiny every time! Gabby has been my hairstylist for more than 3 years and she always makes sure that I am more than satisfied with her work. The salon is easily accessible and their hours are flexible. I have gotten rejuvenating cuts, spectacular BLOWOUTS and superb hair color! And- I have lots and lots of LONG thick, dark hair. Vanessa recently did my Blowout and she was great as well. Mind you, this is the most blonde I have ever been in my life and I’m in my late 30s. I was concerned about the health of my hair after the shock it would go through because I have had gummy blonde hair pieces that just break off before that were not treated properly, but let me tell you, I have never felt so confident about someone bleaching my hair. I felt that it was not only not going to be destroyed, but that they cared about the health of my hair and results over a period of time and the restorative maintenance I could do at home. I like that they are a Paul Mitchell Salon because I really like the quality behind those products, especially since they are more natural. Schalan, the owner, has developed an amazing culture at this salon. The team works very well with each other. Gabbey was my stylist and she did an amazing job! She talked me through her process and explained it to me so I could be on her page which was great. I spent pretty much the whole day there with this bleaching process and I honestly didn’t realize how long I had been inside when I walked out because I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and my conversation with Gabbey. I had a great experience at Personal Touch Salon & Spa! I wanted to go white/grey from my natural medium brown shade. Mind you, this is the most blonde I have ever been in my life and I’m in my late 30s. Schalan is super passionate and talented. She’s a Paul Mitchel educator and has traveled all over the continent to teach other salon artists about the craft. I love hearing her stories and how she teaches me about hair while she colors and styles my hair. She’s also just a delight to be around, always with a fun and positive attitude that’s infectious.I’ve had everything from full platinum transformations to hair extensions and pastel to hot pops of color. I feel like a pop star every time I leave the salon and she always makes sure to give me a good deal. I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Bleaching the hair to platinum is not easy and not something I would trust with anyone else. They know what they are doing here!Also, my hair is naturally curly but I sometimes wear it straight. I love how Schalan gives me perfect layers so I can wear it either way. She also makes sure to offer treatments when needed to keep my hair in healthy condition so my curls are bouncy and natural.I have no negatives. She’s a Paul Mitchel educator and has traveled all over the continent to teach other salon artists about the craft.
