Hands down one of the worst hair salons I’ve ever been too! They destroyed my hair and made it look horrible I went three times to have them fix it and it just kept getting worse. I went to go do my daughters hair for a wedding kind story short they did Not wash her hair also I was told to wait so I waited Patiently so I guess the lady had a 3 o’clock appointment so she was rushing with my daughters hair did not like the ending results with in 10 min her curls went flat. Today at approximately 4 pm I took my daughter to receive a haircut after calling in advance to double check the price. When I got there they increased the price on me with the response of not knowing how long my daughters hair was. I would’ve thought employees should be responsible in asking the length of hair instead of just giving out a random price on the phone. After I repeatedly said that you never asked me the length of my daughters hair, they then made a lie that I stated “her hair is short.” I have never met a group of arrogant and obnoxious workers who would lie to a customers face. I was so disgusted with the attitude I was receiving the entire time I was present.
