Wow, I am very impressed! Personal Images did a fantastic job. I was greeted at the door, and I was given a glass of water. Felicia quickly directed me to the table, and she helped me understand details and prices. I was able to pick the color I wanted, and I love it. I will never underestimate the power of a great manicure again!

Too expensive I paid 120$ + 10$ tip the other day and I still regret it, that’s why I’m writing this review. No, I didn’t get my hair colored. Just a chop and a conditioning treatment plus 2 bottles of product. The products came up to 60$, I get that, it’s premium stuff that will last me months. But 60$ for a haircut and conditioning treatment?! That’s 3x what I have ever paid before!!! AND I still left looking like a frizzy poodle because the owner did not understand my instructions on how to style my very curly hair. To top it all off that was with a 30% discount because they were doing a special for Valentine’s Day or something. The owner talked about doing a competition to get new customers in there… pretty sure I know why no one is coming back. I know why I’m not.

Had purple put in my hair on May 25th it was totally out by the weekend and I only washed my hair once, waited 48 hours before I washed it holiday weekend called three times never a call back kept telling me the hair dresser that did my hair was not there. I have had purple put in my hair once before so I due know it will last a lot longer than 5 day what makes it even worse is no one had the decency to call me back

I never write reviews but I just had to… Cori is AMAZING! She was able to squeeze me in today and oh my goodness am I grateful. I told her ONCE what I wanted and she executed it perfectly, checking in with me along the way. Such a kind staff and environment! Fair price for the quality color and style 🙂

Hello, I visited this salon a few times. I loved my first hair cut with my stylist. The next visit not so much. She lost me when she pulled out the blending/thinning scissors and cut inches up into my extremely long thick hair. Cutting out the thickness at the ends which destroyed the quality of my ends. I did not ask her to “thin” my hair and it’s really disappointing that she made that mistake. A well trained hairstylist should never ever thin someone’s ends without permission. Now, I’m patiently waiting for it to grow back. Because of this stylist, I will never use Professional Images salon again, please share this with your stylists so they know that using thinning scissors without permission is not acceptable ever.
